Andrew Gordon is the Teaching Pastor and Team Leader at Chartwell Baptist Church in Mississauga, where he has served since its inception in 1996. He has a passion for God and desire to see others walk in a deepening relationship with Jesus. Andrew and his wife Amy, have four sons: Johnathan, Matthew, Eric and Mitchell. He loves all things Toronto when it comes to sports but don’t hold that against him. He coaches hockey and baseball and loves interacting with people in real ways. |

Bob joined our staff in September 2003. As our Ministry Pastor, Bob is quick to recognize good ideas and doesn’t hesitate to put them into action. If you are eager to be ‘in relationship and on mission’ at Chartwell, talk to Bob! Bob and his wife Margo, have 4 girls: Marilyn, Victoria, Kathleen & Lesleigh. |

Dave joined our staff in June 2004. Dave has been a youth pastor for 12 years. Dave loves to invest the things he’s learned into others...and then watch them invest into the lives of others. (It’s 2 Timothy 2:2 in action!) Although he attends 228 Chartwell, his office is at Clarkson. Dave and his wife Lisa, have one little boy named Jack. |

Jamie Bay |

Jamie is the resident New Zealander at Chartwell and has lived in Canada since June 2006. He is currently studying at Tyndale for his Masters of Divinity, as well as working full-time with The Well. Jamie is married to Allison, whom he met in New Zealand and married in Canada in 2004. Jamie is passionate about seeing people develop as leaders and using their gifts to serve others in the Church, as well as helping people understand the exciting story of Jesus. |

Rich Chambers is the Teaching Pastor of Chartwell @ Kerr, and since 1997 the Community Chaplain for Kerr Street Ministries. Rich spends much of his time each week in the Kerr Community, being available without appointment to meet with those who need someone to listen. Outside of ministry, Rich enjoys photography and astronomy, reading science-fiction and suspense novels, driving off road in his 4x4, and playing with the family Bunny rabbit aptly named Princess. Rich is married to a delightful lady named Cathy, and they have 3 children and 1 grandson they spoil every chance they get. |

Ross joined Chartwell’s ministry staff in 1987 as youth pastor. Since 2002, he has been the Teaching/Lead Pastor at Chartwell@Kings. Originally from Montreal, Ross studied at McGill University and Tyndale Seminary. He and his wife, Pat, have two teenaged sons. Ross has a great love for God and for people, both in the church and in the community. Favorite hockey team: Montreal Canadiens, especially during NHL playoffs. In my spare time: I’m always up for an adventure, especially if it involves travel. |

Roy has been at Chartwell since 1979 when the church was just being launched. For over 25 years he has been the senior teaching pastor at 228 Chartwell but is now transitioning into a new role. He will give direction to the teaching ministry at Chartwell, track theological trends that may impact the Chartwell community and continue to give pastoral assistance where needed. Roy's wife Helen passed away in the spring of 2003 and he was recently married to Joy and together they are beginning a new journey together. Roy has three married chidren and six grandchildren. He is an avid and faithful fan of the Dallas Cowboys. |

Ruth Corbin |

Ruth is a retired elementary school teacher who joined our staff in May of 2006. For several years she has capably volunteered in the church library at 228 Chartwell while also working part time as a substitute teacher. Ruth may be your first point of contact at the Oakville Ministry Centre during the week. She will be happy to assist you with whatever information you need at Chartwell. Ruth has two grown sons, Jonathan and David. |

Trevor has called Chartwell home since 1997, and joined the pastoral team in 2000. He and his wife, Marisol, met, fell in love and were married at Chartwell. As teaching pastor at The Well, Trev's heart is to help the post-Christian world discover the God who is all round. Rumor is that he actually recorded a hip-hop album, in the past. Not |
